The Zeus Ion Pro was built to solve the two problems that hold most 510 batteries back. Inconsistent power delivery and flimsy cartridge connections.
Smart Voltage Curve Control is the core of the Ion Pro. It manages power through the draw, so heat stays steadier as the cartridge warms. The goal is simple. More consistent performance through the life of the cartridge, without you having to babysit settings every session.
Control is still fully in your hands. Voltage is adjustable from 1.6V to 4.2V in 0.1V steps. The color LCD keeps the essentials clear at a glance, including voltage, battery percentage, puff count, and resistance. Preheat runs for 10 seconds at 1.8V, which helps when the concentrate is thicker or the cartridge is cold.
The cartridge connection is designed to feel secure and repeatable. A new Triple spring magnetic alignment system helps keep the cartridge seated reliably, even when cartridges vary slightly. The enclosed silo design keeps the cartridge protected, and LED silo lighting makes it easier to check your concentrate level without removing it.
