Great product and very happy with it.
Been using daily for almost 2 years (Gold edition)
The silicone mouthpiece is starting to disintegrate from the bottom (where it touch the heating chamber). It worked fine the first year, the second year it has difficulty warming up at the right temperature and I find myself burning a lot of my herbs without extracting much from them. It's time to change the device, Zeus Arc GT did not pass the longevity test.
