Please note that we will not be processing refunds through our shipping partners temporarily due to an extremely high volume that they are dealing with. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We will keep you updated on any changes to this status.

For customers that order through Canada Post, for the health and safety of Canada Post’s staff in accordance with their policies, packages that require adult ID and signature will need to be retrieved from the post office indicated on the pickup notice card provided.

  • Customers from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and outside of the Continental United States and Canada, are not eligible for "free shipping" and would be responsible for shipping costs.
  • For shipments that arrive through customs, authorities may choose to charge the recipient. This is rare but out of our control. In those circumstances, the customer will be required to cover any costs.

Shipping to US with Courier Service International

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • For all orders placed using credit card payments, your shipping address must match your billing address.
  • We process and ship orders on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday or public holidays
  • With all orders, please note that shipping estimates do not include order processing times.
  • Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during special promotions or holidays.
  • Order tracking will be provided via email after you place your order. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated on our carrier’s websites.
  • Estimated delivery time, for Canadian orders, will depend on your distance from Toronto, Ontario, and the method chosen for shipping speed.
  • These timeframes are an estimate, and not guaranteed.
  • Adverse weather conditions, industrial action, public/seasonal holidays, and customs processing (for USA and International orders) may also increase transit time. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
  • For late packages, please note that during high volume seasons (such as special promotions or holidays) or due to any service disruptions with our carriers, we cannot guarantee dates of delivery. If your package is late, please email [email protected] for assistance.
  • Any packages that are returned to sender (RTS), refused or unclaimed will be subject to additional return fees.
  • If there are issues with lost packages, we will support the claim process. We ask if this occurs, although rare, please email [email protected] for assistance.
